Our mission is to provide the community with adult dance classes and cross-training opportunities for youth.

Adult classes include Ballet Strong-Basic, Ballet Strong-Intermediate, Jazz Fusion, and Tap. Stay tuned for our six-week session in July!

E&S program combines strength training with Progressing Ballet Technique, Pilates, Yoga, and Progressions. The goal of E&S is to help dancers improve their strength and protect their bodies as they develop new muscles outside of ballet technique.
